The staff, especially Freya, Chi, and Williams, were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make our stay in Hanoi special.
Being in the centre of the old quarter was amazing - there's always something going on and the atmosphere is electric.
Considering the price, it's a decent value.
The room itself was nice, and the staff were friendly, but we had a bit of a problem with our booking.

The staff were polite and helpful with suggestions, and the girls Chi and Chiu and the gentleman William were all very courteous and welcoming. The room was clean, spacious, and I loved the decor.

The location was excellent; we couldn’t ask for better, a street with top shops and restaurants in the heart of Hoan Kiem and a short walk from the lake. The staff were extremely kind, including William, the girl who handled tours, and the guy who helped with our luggage; overall everyone was very available and friendly. I would have liked a breakfast, but that service is not provided at this property.
