The bed, pillows and linens were good, and the hot breakfast was ready at 7am; the staff were friendly on the phone for a last‑minute question.

Apart from the friendly staff, the hotel clearly needs major repairs and maintenance, and it seems the owners are not addressing it.

The hotel smelled bad, the bedding except the sheets was unclean, and there was no hot water for showers.

The location was super convenient, the price was a good deal, and the staff were friendly. The air conditioner was really loud and probably not running efficiently; I told the manager when we checked out because they hadn’t noticed the issue.
