The room was clean and the breakfast quantity and variety were best, but the coffee maker was awkward to use and we still wanted an open‑air bath; with the rain falling, it was hard to go down the stairs to the lower‑level inn’s bath.

The rooftop scenery and foot‑bath were outstanding, and the staff greeted us with smiles and helpfulness; however, depending on the room, the small windows gave a claustrophobic feel and the lighting was a bit dim.

The room had a stylish design, and the rooftop foot‑bath felt nice, though the edge of the tub was dirty and bothered me; the complimentary beer and coffee were all lukewarm, which was disappointing.

The place is beautiful, parking is good, and I managed to park an R34 GTR & SUPRA in the narrow streets. It’s great and I’ll definitely stay again. It’s close to the Touge for Initial D fans!

The rooftop foot‑bath under the stars was amazing, but there was no bathroom on site—still, the attached hot‑spring was available for those who could make the trip.
