Everything was perfect! 😍 Location, comfort, cleanliness.

I liked the location, the bed was comfortable, the pillow was super comfy, and it would be nice to have the air‑conditioning set to warm. The fridge at reception is pricey; the check‑in time could be better if it matched the check‑out time (e.g., check‑in from 14:00 and check‑out also at 14:00).

Great location. Good bed, decent room size. Breakfast was tasty. The bathroom needs maintenance; the shower delivers little water and doesn’t heat. Cleaning of the room is something you have to pay for separately.

Honestly, I couldn’t find any relevant positives in the experience. The worst part was the lack of towels. We stayed five days during heavy rain and no replacements were given. We had to request extra towels, but were told the hotel didn’t provide them. We only got them after a lot of hassle and persistence. Another issue was misleading advertising. There are several listings with similar prices that include breakfast and cleaning. Moreover, the photos in this listing show several breakfast images, yet the hotel doesn’t offer that service. I admit I could have noticed this more carefully before booking, but the photos set a different expectation. The room conditions were awful, uncomfortable, and poorly equipped. The hotel also doesn’t offer room service, and the cleaning was subpar. We found ceramic tiles falling, mold, and dirt in several places. The room had no table or side‑board next to the bed, no chair, no full‑length mirror, or even a glass cup. Reception had a bottle of coffee but no sugar. When I asked the receptionist, she kindly brought sugar from home to offer me. However, there was also no spoon to stir the coffee. The staff are polite, but they seem constrained by their own rules and can’t adequately resolve the problems presented.
