The room was in a fairly good location for people who prefer a more local than touristy area; it was close to the colectivo stop heading to Tulum or Playa de Carmen; the room was very large, the bed was comfortable; my only complaint was the cleanliness in the bathroom, where there were many hairs from previous guests (I’m sensitive to that); otherwise everything was fine; at that price and during the period we were there, it was hard to find a more affordable place.
