The food was very good with a fantastic selection, the staff were friendly and the atmosphere pleasant; I especially liked being able to choose my own Yukata for the duration of my stay. The Onsen area was clean and well organized, and the rooms were spacious and comfortably temperature‑controlled. However, the whole area is a construction site, so staying inside all day is preferable for a relaxed visit.
It was great that nothing cost extra while staying at the property. It would have been nicer to have a welcome and goodbye escort, and the parking only had one spot left—what about guests arriving later?
