“Overall a comfortable stay”
The location is good and the food is good. Housekeeping and room cleanliness could be better.
“Great stay and ideal location for some shops and restaurants”
Great staff and very helpful. Facilities were fine. Restaurant was amazing!. Reception tried to charge extra for 1 hour early check in but then waived the fee. We had come on an international flight and were very tired too

The hotel's proximity to shops was a definite plus, but unfortunately, that was overshadowed by several issues. The reception staff lacked courtesy, and the housekeeping and room service were subpar, which greatly affected my stay.
We liked the hotel’s location, its ambience, and the comfortable, spacious rooms. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating, and breakfast was good. It was a good stay.

I thought I got a good deal with this hotel, but my night was ruined by the constant noise coming from room 216. A soundproof door or relocating the service room would make a big difference. The value for money was there, but the noise was a significant drawback.
