Easy to spot on the way to Europe. The parking area is large and the owners are very welcoming. Getting in and out is a breeze. Perfect. I’ll definitely book it again. 💚 The shower cabin needs help and service 😉

Great location, good car parking with a gate (you need to call the listed number). The toilet smell is still an issue.

“Einfache Pension im Zentrum der schönen Kleinstadt Marijampole”

A very central, simple hotel or better yet a pension awaits you. The access and parking are perfect, though a bit hard to find – the Maps photo and the route map are a huge help! The path from the parking lot should also be marked, as it’s not entirely clear. The rooms are large and functional, even though some things are missing, like glasses. The small exhibition in the hallway makes a very artistic impression and shows the owner’s musical talent. Thanks for that! Overall, the pension is decent and clean. Unfortunately, it was a bit noisy from the street, with motorcycle and car traffic rattling through at night. The management should enforce quiet for residents. Glasses and other items to make guests comfortable were completely missing. A teapot stands alone and even cups are absent… A power outlet takes a long time to find and there are only two. The missing staff at reception is compensated by good online support, but having a person on site would give a better sense of security and warmth. Climbing three floors with heavy luggage is a hassle; a lift should be available from that height for European standards. In the bathroom, the shower door is heavy, and storage for toiletries is extremely limited and needs improvement for comfort. The toilet should be firmly fixed, as it makes a loud popping sound when sitting and one fears water might leak below it… Even though the parking lot is large, it should be clearly marked where the hotel parking is, and reserved spots for each room would be perfect. The wrecked car at the entrance gives a somewhat grimy impression and should be removed soon, as it can deter pension guests and raise security concerns despite the barrier system.
