Everything was comfortable, quiet and cozy, but I wanted to have bread and cheese at 22:00; the kitchen staff were eating and refused me anything, saying there was nothing left, which was sad 🥹. In the bathroom there were long hairs lying around, and the toilet was not clean.

We were just passing through, so we stayed one night; breakfast was perfect! The only issue was that the room got very hot in the summer without a fan or air‑conditioning, but that wasn’t a problem for us.

Our stay at Hotel Bergfriedel was a delight for all senses. The restaurant especially impressed us – the cuisine is creative, artisanal, and uses top‑quality regional ingredients, a must‑visit for food lovers. The rooms are stylish and very cozy, you feel at home immediately. Coupled with the warm hospitality of the family and the beautiful view of the vineyards, it was a perfect weekend. We’ll definitely return for the next culinary adventure!
