The elevator had three cars, so I rarely had to wait. I didn't request a corner room, but luck was on my side and I got one, which was great. The station is a bit far, so outside noise is minimal and the hallway is quiet (maybe depends on the season). It’s about 5 minutes from Ikebukuro Station. Be careful of points ① and ②. It's not a bad point, but it’s in the middle of a nightlife area. Convenience stores and restaurants are along the way, so I had no trouble. When I entered the room, I was surprised to see the unit bath door right away. The amenities are taken from a shelf next to the front desk, so I only bring what I usually use. I think that system is good. The view is of the nightlife area, so it’s full of buildings (as expected). The sunrise is nice and makes you feel good (maybe because it’s on the 13th floor). The breakfast at Tōyō is included, and when there are live shows or festivals, the venue gets crowded (I always wonder why). Maybe it’s popular.
