The hotel is brand new, quiet, and has a beautiful pool. It feels a bit “cold,” the breakfast area has a cafeteria vibe with minimal décor, the room is basic, not very warm, and lacks a balcony.

The pool, garden, breakfast, and staff attention were all great. The lack of a wardrobe, no space to store clothes, no single drawer, no single closet or shelves, and the shower and sink flooding the bathroom are truly unacceptable.

The front‑desk lady that evening was exceptionally friendly, explained everything, and offered us to stay at the pool the next day even after we checked out at 11 am. The pool was gorgeous and the garden amazing, especially at night with the lighting—a real highlight. Breakfast was tasty, with plenty of options, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, all speaking excellent English. Everything was great for us.

The place was quiet and the food was good, but I still can’t figure out that one thing.

When we arrived, the building’s impact was noticeable, and the front‑desk staff were kind enough to try to fix the room issues. However, the sink was completely clogged, and on 30 August the towel warmer was a ball. Water was laced with mineral build‑up. I have no idea when the room had been inspected before.
