The staff and the food are great! The location is bad, cars make noise, and there is no air conditioning.

Very clean, Andrés and his team were very friendly, it’s a place to relax, away from noise, the food is very family‑friendly and delicious, and the prices are very good. I recommend it and would definitely return. We had a health situation with my mother and they were very formal, quickly got us an emergency blood‑pressure monitor and brought it to us outside the hotel. Minor things to improve: better jacuzzi operation and adjust the door lock on room 4, but nothing serious.

We arrived at night and there was nobody; everything was dark. It was 9:30 pm. The area is dark and desolate. We had to look for accommodation at that hour. We were traveling with children. Nobody had written to us or sent any communication. They didn’t answer calls when we arrived. At least they allowed us to cancel without cost later.
