The spot is spot on, pillows are super soft, and the staff are incredibly friendly and kind.

I liked how clean the room was, no bad smells, comfy bed, tidy bathroom, and the decor was cute. However, the drop‑off point before check‑in is a dark corner with CCTV, and when the big door opens it blocks the camera, so anyone entering could do something, which feels unsafe.

The location was fantastic, close to everything. There’s no elevator, so big, bulky luggage is a real hassle, but if you’re only carrying hand luggage it’s not a huge issue. Also, there are no slippers—sad 😩.

The location is great, the hotel is clean, and the attendants treated us very well and always helped when we needed it.
