A fitness centre, business centre, and pool bar with cocktails complete the amenities.

I’ve been here three times now, and this time I booked a triple room with a balcony. The room was clean, nice, and spacious, and the location was great. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent. The only downside was the limited food options at the downstairs hotel restaurant, but that’s minor since there are plenty of nearby choices.

The location is excellent, with many restaurants and shops nearby, and breakfast is good. The room feels a bit small.

The location on Waking Street is superb, with wide footpaths and great accessibility: a working elevator, escalator, and ramps. There are two pools—one big one downstairs next to a small gym, and another on the roof that hosts a rooftop bar and restaurant for breakfast, though you have to climb stairs to reach them. The roof view is fantastic. My suite was large, clean, quiet, with great air‑conditioning, a balcony, and English‑speaking TV channels. We couldn’t get to the restaurant without walking onto the street and back in, and when we tried to order room service the menu wouldn’t download; a WhatsApp order got no reply for over 20 minutes, so we ended up ordering in person. The room was a bit of a walk from reception, which was a challenge for one of us with mobility issues.
