“Vacanță reușită”
The room was welcoming, towels and bath products were changed daily, accommodation in a key spot in Lisbon, everything was superb. Nothing that I didn’t like.

The room was nice and clean, but the heat was intense during the day and the sun shone hard through the windows in the morning. There’s only a fan to counter the heat, and to cool the room at night you have to open the window, which means you’ll hear a lot of traffic noise in the morning.

The place is in a great spot and the staff are friendly, but they never changed the towels over four days even after we asked. The street is noisy all night, not the hotel’s fault, and there’s no air‑conditioning—just a fan, which isn’t much help in Lisbon’s June heat.

I’m extremely happy with everything; everything went wonderfully. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. The service was friendly and very helpful. Best wishes, Iwona.

The location was very good, but the shower lacked a showerhead—only the faucet at the top. The used towels were taken away and no spare towels were left, so we had to message via WhatsApp and a gentleman brought them to us.
