Very pleasant place in Bangkok. The Hotel is huge with many choices for accommodation. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Shout out to Pott .super friendly Manager. 7/11 , pharmacy and markets 300 mitres away. Nothing

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and a small art exhibition invited guests to look around. Washing machines and dryers were available for a small fee, and both pools were very clean and inviting. The hotel sits in a quiet spot, and a free shuttle runs to nearby areas. We’ll keep coming back.

Everything was perfect, especially the hotel staff. The only downside was the location.

The staff were friendly, but we only stayed one night and didn’t use other services, so I can’t rate those. The room was a nightmare: it smelled damp and stale, wasn’t clean, and had bugs—maybe normal with heavy rains. We found a puddle of water, so we called for a room change. Thankfully they swapped rooms, but the new one was worse, dirtier, and had a salamander too, so we stayed silent out of embarrassment. Also, the location isn’t great.

The facilities were amazing: two pools, sauna, steam room, a huge aquarium-sized fish tank in the café where you could enjoy free breakfast every morning. The staff were incredible. Nothing was bad.
