We spent six nights at Bulvar Palas Hotel and it was absolutely wonderful. The hotel went beyond our expectations, and we’d happily stay again on our next Istanbul trip. Cleanliness was exceptional; the whole place was spotless, well‑maintained, and comfortable. Our room was always pristine, fresh, and beautifully cared for. A special thank you to the housekeeping lady who does an outstanding job—her dedication, attention to detail, and hard work truly stand out. The location is another big plus: it’s ideal for exploring Istanbul, with easy access to public transport and many attractions, making city travel hassle‑free. The entire staff were friendly, polite, welcoming, and always ready to help. We left with very positive impressions and great memories. A big thanks to the housekeeping lady and everyone else for making our stay so pleasant. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul and would definitely choose it again. What I liked most was the reception staff, especially the gentleman who spoke Arabic; he made communication easy and responded quickly to any request. The air‑conditioning in the lobby was awful, and in the room it didn’t work well.
