The staff at this hotel are a real asset - the GM and everyone else I interacted with were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make sure I had a great stay.
The hotel's proximity to the airport was a major plus, but the surrounding area wasn't exactly the safest.

“Not worth the $90 we paid. The room was not clean.”
The property was awful and not clean. We arrived about 15 minutes after the check‑in time and the room wasn’t ready.
“Scared I would take bugs home”
The room met my needs, but there were bugs.
“I watched tv and slept”
The air conditioning worked well. The room wasn’t properly cleaned: ashes were on the table, juice stains were on the table, there was no shower mat so I almost slipped, and the curtain had a tear.
The place was clean and the staff were nice.
“VA vacation”
The price was good and the location in the middle of shops was great, and the housekeeping staff were friendly. But there was no human interaction at the front desk when housekeepers left, and there were no options to get towels or other items. The rooms also needed maintenance: shower liners should be changed or washed, and real pillows are needed for the king‑size bed instead of three small pillows.
