The caretaker gave a good, convincing talk. After confirming a reservation online with clear information that no payment was required until arrival, we were shocked and upset to learn that rooms had been allocated to others and we hadn’t paid an advance. Their attitude and behavior were very bad—just can’t trust them. They promised the next day they would secure the two required rooms, but this was another game—only one room was available on arrival, with a second promised for the end of the day. The property is sub‑standard compared to the pictures. Be aware!

The location was perfect, and the property looked well kept. Inside and outside the rooms, the seating areas were nice. The homemade breakfast tasted great. The caretaker and host, who stayed far away, were very supportive. However, there were no breakfast options beyond idly sambar, which was offered unlimited – that’s a plus. We booked two rooms, JJS and Sirisa, which share an interconnecting door; that can be inconvenient, but we managed since we were a family staying in both. The bathroom in JJS is quite narrow, and the geyser is positioned too low, so it hits your head whenever you enter or exit – be careful.
