The place is spacious with a really nice pool, solid infrastructure and within walking distance of both the city centre and the port, making it very accessible, plus the free on‑site parking is a plus; however, the hotel's layout is oddly cut, which makes moving around uncomfortable—you have to take three elevators to reach your room.

The hotel was welcoming, the staff super kind, the pool huge, and the breakfast fantastic. The rooms are at least 50 meters walking distance from the breakfast hall and the pool… the pool is too high, I had selected a room with a large shower and a spacious room but was literally given the opposite of everything; the balcony didn’t close properly, the air‑conditioner leaked water, they came to fix it, but when we returned we found the floor dirty and there were dirty shoe prints, and Wi‑Fi only worked in a few corners.

The pool and breakfast were great, but the hotel is small and every day you have to walk a long way from your room to the restaurant or the pool.

The staff and restaurant were good. The layout of the spaces and the paths were complicated, and the pool was not easily accessible for children.
