The location is great, within walking distance of the city centre and main sights. The acoustics were awful; I kept waking up from street noise and kitchen sounds leaking through the door frame. Breakfast fell short: the cakes had been reused from previous days and tasted flat, and the silverware was missing several times, so we had to eat outside to make up for it. The owner was not physically present and we only communicated via WhatsApp. The cleaning crew stayed until 12:00, after which there was nobody available for extra towels or other requests.
