I informed the hotel beforehand that I had lower‑body discomfort, and they secured a disabled parking spot right in front of the hotel and arranged a room as close as possible to the elevator. I’m truly grateful. The front desk staff were very pleasant, and I definitely want to stay again next time.

The hotel is near Sapporo Station and easy to access, and being slightly off the main street made it quiet. The large public bath was a plus, and the desk in the room was spacious and handy. Breakfast had many options, letting me enjoy the flavours of Hokkaido.

The spot is great, just a short walk from the JR station, but the room is cramped—only suitable for one person—and it felt dirty; a used contact lens was even left on the desk, which was disgusting.
