Valet parking was amazing, the location is prime with easy access to the main attractions, breakfast every day was absolutely incredible, and the staff were courteous, respectful and attentive to detail. I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

It was very quiet and the mountain views were great, but they didn’t clean rooms during my stay; their idea of a refresh was just picking up trash and re‑towels. I stayed for 5 nights and it seemed long to go without fresh bedding, and a huge metal towel tower blocked the mountain view.

The location and the valet parking staff were good, but there was a mix‑up with the breakfast package and only one person worked at the restaurant. We waited 20 minutes, then left. Our breakfast tickets were missing; the desk clerk first said there was no free breakfast, then they found them in an envelope. They wouldn’t refund me but let me take two very large bottles of water. They offered two food items, but who wants a bag of chips at 8:30 am?
