A pretty hotel with a nice spot close to the beaches and the town of Ciutadella. The facilities were quite adequate and the staff were very pleasant. The breakfast was good. The cost of the stay was quite high, especially for the all‑you‑can‑eat restaurant. The pool was very cold and the bathroom was not very functional, with swinging glass doors. There was also a fair amount of outside noise, but that wasn’t the hotel’s fault.

The hotel is really pleasant and very quiet. It is very clean, everything is regularly cleaned. The staff are very friendly and attentive to guests. The facilities – outdoor and indoor pool, hammam & sauna, gym – are a real plus. The breakfast is very good with plenty of fresh items. Don’t hesitate to rent a car if you want to visit the whole island; it’s beautiful.

En general todo, buen trato del personal. Excelente todos. Detalles como poder entrar en habitación mucho antes de las 15.00, se agradece cuando solo puedes disfrutar de la habitación una noche. También todo un detalle la felicitación de mi pareja por el aniversario. Repetiremos seguro
