Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The staff were very nice, friendly, and helpful. Unfortunately, that was the only good part of my stay. The rooms were very old and worn out, and the mattress was so uncomfortable that I could hardly sleep. The bathroom was extremely small, with a tiny toilet and very limited space. Overall, the place felt outdated, worn, and in need of renovation, making it a very uncomfortable stay.

The location is right next to the metro. The staff are friendly. The price is a bit high. The secure parking costs 15 €/day, which is a bit pricey.

The area is quiet, the hotel is nice, and the bathroom was pleasant—better water pressure in the shower than in other hotels. The staff are also very friendly! It’s close to Metro lines 13 and 14, and I saw some bus stops, so I won’t complain about its distance from the city center. I did book last minute, so it was pricey.

The location is close to the metro. It’s noisy and has bad odors.

Staff support was exceptional. Breakfast was ok. Clean. No chair in the room. No option to open a window in safe mode (I wanted to leave it open during the night). No emergency evacuation map on the door inside the room
