The apartment sits in a good area and has everything you need. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was generally pleasant. However, the cleanliness could have been better: the sofa in the living room was dirty, as was the floor. Something above the kitchen sink needed fixing, and we even found a cockroach in the sink overnight. Overall, it was a good stay, but some improvements are needed.

The hotel is run by professionals, which shows in every detail; I especially liked the mattress quality and the bedding.

Everything was great. The staff were very polite, explained everything, showed us, and gave us rooms next to each other (we were with kids); we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were very comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful. There was nothing negative.

I keep coming back to this hotel: the staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are very clean with a minibar, the sleep comfort is good, there are private parking spots right at the hotel, and the location is quiet and central.
