I was thoroughly impressed with my stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel's location was also convenient, and the amenities were top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

While I appreciated the spacious room, my stay at this hotel was largely disappointing. The bathroom was lacking in essentials, and I noticed some unpleasant issues like brown stains on the towels and mold on the grout. The air conditioning wasn't working well, and there were some surprising omissions, like no extra pillows or robes. The hotel's advertised shuttle service also didn't materialize, leaving us to pay for a taxi.

I was initially excited to stay at this hotel, which I thought would be a 5-star experience. However, it turned out to be more like a 3-star hotel. The air conditioning didn't work, and we left our breakfast uneaten when we spotted two rats scurrying under the table. To make matters worse, there were birds flying around the dining area, which was unsettling given the risk of salmonella. Needless to say, we were thoroughly disappointed with our stay.
