I enjoyed the late check‑out and the great breakfast, but one room lacked a window.

Housekeeping was efficient and friendly, and the second‑floor restaurant served breakfast well. However, check‑in took a long time. The front desk offered no clarity about the repeated messages that reduced my stay by one day because of issues with my connecting flight to New York, and there was a complete lack of communication or effort to inform me about the resolution. I was left in a corner of the lobby for nearly an hour before I had to force the staff to act and clear me for check‑in.

The hotel sits in a prime spot, with everything I needed on‑site or nearby. It’s very modern, clean, and well‑maintained, and the breakfast was one of the largest and most diverse I’ve ever seen – sometimes it felt more like brunch than breakfast because of the incredible variety. The only drawback was occasional miscommunication due to the language barrier, which made things a little difficult. Other than that, it’s a great facility and I really enjoyed my stay; I would definitely consider returning.
