The hotel staff were kind and highly professional, the location was ideal, the room was nice with a very comfortable bed, and we would love to return; I have nothing to complain about.

Everything was excellent, but we were given a lower‑level handicap room and told there was nothing else available, even though we had booked months earlier; the room was beautiful but the bathroom was unusable for a wheelchair—no toilet lid, a large sink that overlapped the toilet so you had to lean over to reach Kleenex and the trash can, and the shower was huge, curtained square, but the drain was slow and the floor flooded.
