“Great comfortable place to stay”

Bam Bam was super cute, clean, and very comfortable! The bed was especially cozy, and we loved the Rome area where it’s situated. It’s a very short walk to Roma Tiburtina Station, which was incredibly convenient. The owner was also very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again – and next time for more than just one night! The kitchen is shared with the other bedrooms in the building, but we never had any issues with noise or sharing the space. Our bedroom had its own attached bathroom.

Thank you to Rossella and Luca for standing by us during our toughest moment; they never let us feel abandoned. In Rome our bag was stolen, ruining our holiday and forcing us to cancel future plans, and the key to the hotel was inside it. I messaged the host on WhatsApp immediately, and they came back to meet us, refusing to charge for the lost key and asking if we needed money, sharing our distress before anything else. Words can’t express how grateful we are; if I ever visit Rome again, I’ll definitely stay here. The place is close to the metro and other transport, spotless, the bed is wide and comfortable, everything we might need was considered, and they even offered extra items if we asked. The shared fridge saved us, and the free coffee machine plus hot water for tea and other drinks is a rare service not found in many homes.
