The staff were very friendly and competent. They were super helpful and accommodating. It was an extremely peaceful and relaxing place to spend some time. The grounds were absolutely immaculately maintained. I highly recommend it.

It was located in a quiet spot, a stylish boutique hotel. The interior was very beautiful and the large room by the pool was stunning. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The shuttle to the center (5 minutes) was convenient. Overall, I had a super stay!

The hotel has beautiful grounds, great pools and a lake view, and the staff are super nice. They offer free shuttles to the walking street, which was nice and we used it every day. Breakfast was nice but the selection wasn’t great, and some dishes were not that good. Also the restaurant itself is super pricey compared to the prices in Pai.

The hotel was stunning, very well invested, giving a sense of quiet. The pool privacy was excellent, the rooms were spacious, and the hotel service was exceptional! Breakfast was very good, we also ate lunch; the menu was great and the prices were good for the value. Free shuttle from the hotel to the Pai center and back all day was free, highly recommended!
