The place was super clean and we really liked the breakfast. In hotels at this price point you usually find breakfasts without eggs, bacon, or sausages; here we stayed two nights and both breakfasts included those items, plus cereals, hotcakes, fruit, and drinks—a very complete spread. I don’t speak English and no one at reception spoke it, but I understood enough to get by; overall everything was great.

I never actually stayed there. They claimed to have booked me, yet there were no vacancies. Still, I’m being charged a cancellation fee, which feels completely wrong, especially since the booking states “You will not be charged, pay when you get to the property.” What’s going on with that?
