The landlord was very friendly, the room was large with air conditioning, there was a parking spot right in front of the house, and it was a good starting point for the Wadis Tiwi and Shab, but the bathroom fixtures were a bit shabby and the Tiwi area itself is unattractive.

The accommodation was spacious, yet initially there was no one on site and there is no house sign with the name "Palm and wave"; the proximity to the sea feels negligible, which is a shame.

The location is perfect, close to beautiful wadis and the sea, and you can use the spotless kitchen and fridge; the host is nice and the price is really good, but there was major construction in the Harbour that woke us up at night, though the owner had no control over it.
