Hilton Garden Inn Sunnyvale

After about 30 minutes of them searching for my Saturday reservations everything else was fine, but it should never have taken that long. You guys need to do better. I didn’t like that they couldn’t find my reservations for Saturday; it took them a long time when I came down on Friday. I booked a room for Friday night and then on Saturday I was asked for it. I had to leave the room because they didn’t know I was staying Saturday, and when I went down to the desk it took them a long time before they found it, which was irritating. I don’t think I will use you again because of that bad experience.

“Clean, friendly staff, great environment!”

The staff was very friendly and made everything smooth, even letting my partner and me stay a bit longer. Our room was spotless with modern, clean furniture. I wish we could have stayed longer!

The bar downstairs had happy hour, and the rooms were fantastic for this price range. The bartender was kind of rude.

The hotel is decent and the staff was nice. Not very clean.

It was clean and the location is great. The refrigerator wasn’t on (cold), the A/C would take forever to cool the room, pillows were not firm, we had to pay an extra 30 for parking, and the rooms next to us were loud all night as if they were partying.
