I booked the place for my parents so they could spend a night in the city, and they were extremely pleased. The accommodation was spotless, stylishly furnished, and the hosts were very friendly and responsive. They let my parents in earlier than scheduled because the room was already ready. They loved it—10 out of 10. Nothing to complain about.

In the heart of the old town, just a stone's throw from the castle, the check‑in is fully automated with a code from the main entrance and a separate code to pick up the room key; the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and spotless. The only downside is that the 10:30 checkout is ridiculously early.

The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean; I have no complaints, everything was fine.

The location is good, but the path from the parking lot to the hotel is littered with many stairs, making it a hassle with luggage. The remaining walk to the hotel is on cobblestones that you can't roll suitcases on, and we were not told beforehand that we would have to climb many more stairs to reach our room inside the hotel. This is crucial information for people with heavy luggage or mobility issues that unfortunately was missing.
