Good front‑side location, helpful and friendly guy at reception for check‑in and check‑out. I only stayed one night, but everything was fine.

The rooms were spotless, quiet, and tidy, and the beds were comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. I liked the extra touches like the tea/coffee station, hairdryer, iron/ironing board, mobile fan, TV, shower toiletries, and overall it felt good value. I did have trouble locating the car park because there was no signposting, whereas other hotels on the same street had clear parking signs.

The location was nice, but the place definitely needs an update.

The room was a decent size, but it felt too warm and the shower water pressure was very low in room 111.

The staff were late and courteous and friendly. Have an elevator to grew up through the different floors is Excellent
