The place sits right across from Inkwell Beach and is a short walk to the main streets of Oak Bluff. Colleen is a real gem, making guests feel genuinely welcomed and valued. She cooked a hot, made‑to‑order breakfast for us, plus offered other options, and her knowledge of Martha’s Vineyard was impressive. The service was exceptional and courteous.

My cousin and I had a wonderful experience at Inkwell Cottage! We were so impressed by the location of the facility and the comfort of the room, but most of all, we were thrilled by the absolute helpfulness and kindness of the entire staff, especially innkeeper Colleen, who was very kind and caring towards us. They helped make our first trip to Oak Bluff and unforgettable pleasure!. Again, we were pleased with our visit and have already recommended the Inkwell Cottage to friends

We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return. The spot is ideal for walking into town or straight across to the beach. The front porch was lovely, and we appreciated a freshly baked lemon cake for an afternoon snack. The staff were friendly and served a tasty breakfast. Highly recommend.

The main thing was Colleen! What an amazing host ! The hotel was spotless and comfortable and in a great location! Breakfast was top notch! The eggs with spinach Anna’s ham and cheese set us on our way for a day of adventures!. Nothing
