Good value for the price. The room’s facilities were adequate, and the room is worth the money. The staff were friendly. There’s nothing else close to this location; the hotel is in the middle of nowhere.

I was treated by an unprofessional staff who asked other guests about what I had paid, and because of that I ended up with a different room than the one I had booked. The room was not clean, the sheets were torn and dirty. In the restaurant, the staff only stared at us oddly and generally gave us a dismissive attitude, as if we had no business staying here.

We stumbled upon this hotel by chance and were blown away by the quality of the accommodation. The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help us. The only hiccup was that Google sent us to the wrong address, but a local helped us out. Overall, it was a great stay.

Everything went smoothly at this hotel. The staff were attentive and polite, and they responded quickly to any questions we had. We did make a mistake with the location, but that was our fault, not the hotel's. The food was delicious, and the pool was spotless. The hotel is also close to a bus stop, which was convenient. The only issues we had were that there was no transfer service, and we got fined for bringing in our own food and drink.

Ruwanara Royal really delivered on its promise of a luxurious getaway. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, making for a truly relaxing stay. The highlight was the stunning swimming pool, which was crystal clear and perfect for unwinding. The staff were also top-notch, providing excellent service and making my stay truly enjoyable. My only gripe is that nothing was 100% perfect, but that's a minor quibble.
