The room was new and clean. When we arrived, the room temperature was 50 degrees—like a crematorium—because nobody had turned on the air conditioning. Check‑in was at 16:00, already late, and we had to wait in front of the door for the owner for over half an hour.

The property is clean and well located. The only flaw is that the air conditioner didn’t work well; it stayed on at minimum all night and it was still hot.

The host was great, the value for money was excellent, we were allowed to leave our luggage early and check into the room earlier, and the staff were very helpful. Nothing negative.

The hotel sits in a central spot, but our room was on the second floor with unusually steep stairs, and the air‑conditioner was very loud.
