“Let’s stay there again just because of the location”

The hotel was great and the location was excellent, plus there was a bar in the lobby. However, breakfast was an extra cost, and I would have preferred a continental option.

“The stay was nice for one night. The view was amazing as well.”

The location was perfect for the crab tour I was there for, but I found the pillows to be extremely soft.

The breakfast was great and the hotel was close to everything we wanted to visit, but it was very overpriced and there was no room service at all.

I stayed three nights and the room was never cleaned. The restaurant was closed for both lunch and dinner on the weekend, and the staff seemed to hate their jobs. I asked for a discount because we were moved from a king suite with mold in the bathroom to a double full with two beds, but the manager said he couldn't offer one because we used your service. I called for help and got nothing in return.

The Staff very friendly! Close to other places to eat. Charging $.17.00 for breakfast too much. Hagerstown is free!
