“Dissatisfied”
The location was fine. The place was very poorly maintained, with holes in the walls. It definitely needs renovating—overpriced for the motel room quality. We only stayed because options were limited.

Prom Country Lodge, in Foster, offers bushland views from every room. A 5-minute walk from the town centre, it's 20 minutes from Agnes Falls Scenic Lookout and Wilsons Promontory National Park. Rooms feature TVs, bed linen, towels, and private bathrooms with showers. A tour desk is available, and Foster Museum is a 10-minute walk away.

Everything was clean, tidy, and had all the necessities for our trip, easy to find, and quiet. The bathroom was big with a nice shower. The beds were too soft for us, and it was hard to fill the kettle in the sink.

I only stayed one night, yet the value and location were great for exploring the area—far better than I had imagined.

The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the amenities for making coffee and keeping food cold were solid. I’m not a fan of overhead showers without a handheld hose, and it’s even worse when the shower lacks a door, forcing the whole bathroom to get wet. According to the description, breakfast should have been available from 8 am, but the café was closed on none of the three days.

The facilities and the location were solid. No complaints.
