The spot is great, and the cookies at the front desk are a nice touch. The beds feel comfy and the room stays clean. Laundry is handy, and the daily breakfast is tasty, especially the omelets. However, they miss grilled tomatoes, strawberries, raspberries, and watermelon at breakfast, and they use paper crockery and plastic cutlery. There’s no cappuccino and the service feels delayed.

This is the only decent place in town and sits in the city center. The bed is comfortable and the room is fine. Most staff are friendly and welcoming. Yet the renovation costs aren’t reflected in the upkeep, and a daily $20 valet feels unnecessary—street parking is a relief. One afternoon I had a clash with a female front‑desk agent who was very rude when I asked about hot‑water repairs; the water was almost lukewarm in the morning and the pressure on the fourth floor is awful, though that’s a side effect of large wedding parties staying there.

The location is fantastic and the town is beautiful with plenty to see. Breakfast is delicious and the beds are supremely comfy. This is my second visit; the laundry service is great and costs just $1 for a wash, bath, and dryer. Warm cookies at reception are a treat. The downside is the excessive use of plastic and paper disposable cutlery and crockery in both the restaurant and rooms.

Location was awesome. Walking distance to downtown area. For the price, I think a pool would be nice
