The hotel is stunning and beautifully located in a charming village in the Pelion region.
The service was warm and courteous, and the staff were welcoming, attentive, and always available with a smile.
The outdoor pool area with its amazing view of the city of Volos, as well as the indoor pool, is very beautiful.
Breakfast was rich and excellent, and the dining room staff were respectful, friendly, and welcoming.

“אכזבה”
The location is good. We arrived expecting a spa hotel, but nobody bothered to tell us that the spa, gym and indoor pool were under renovation. A pity.
“Schöne Anlage am Dorfrand.”
The view over Volos is great, the rooms are nice, the staff are friendly, and the massage was superb. Unfortunately, the indoor pool was closed at the time.
The view was very nice, the hotel itself pretty. The entrance to the hotel was not suited for cars, and I seriously damaged my car on arrival. There was no warning sign about a steep incline or anything, which I think is unacceptable and I shouldn’t have to think about parking at the hotel; they should warn me. Therefore I would not recommend the hotel under any circumstances. No one offered any help about this at all.
The rooms are large. The spa is closed for renovations and we weren’t informed about it at all.
“Απο τις χειρωτερες μας εμπειριες”
The hotel staff were very polite, but beyond that nothing else stood out. We booked the best suite with a private pool, paying extra for silence and privacy, yet privacy was the biggest issue. Shortly after being told the room was ready, a hotel employee entered the private pool area without prior notice to bring loungers, which we declined. Later, while sleeping, we were awakened by voices: an entire family had entered our private pool. We considered it a human mistake, mentioned it to reception, but still didn’t want to cause a fuss. There was also a hot‑water problem, which we reported to reception; it improved somewhat, and we tolerated it. The incident that forced us to leave happened on the second day. After dinner, we found an unknown man in the private suite area beside the pool, with no prior notice that someone would come in. When I asked if he was the pool caretaker, he replied in a tone that he was the hotel owner, offering no explanation or apology for the unannounced entry. We decided we had endured enough, packed up, and left a night early, even though we had already paid. At checkout, the owner’s behavior worsened; when I complained about his presence in the space we rented, he essentially said, “who are you to kick me out of my room?” Of course the hotel belongs to the owner, but when a guest pays for a private suite with a private pool, they expect the space and privacy to be respected. We tolerated earlier incidents, but this last one, coupled with the subsequent behavior, was enough for us to forgo an already paid night and leave. We would not return.
