Very convenient spot near the station, coffee is available any time, there's a washing machine, and the staff are very friendly and polite. The room was tiny, barely enough space to open luggage, but that was expected. We asked about the luggage delivery service, popular in Japan, and the hotel couldn’t arrange it.

Close to the nearest station, breakfast includes congee, and coffee is available 24/7. The room only had one chair, which was inconvenient for a couple traveling together.

Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the bathroom spotless. The building sits in the center and is close to public transport. The coffee machine and breakfast were convenient and great to have. Bikes parked outside the property were easy to rent and ride around for the day. There’s an ice machine and a shared washing machine. The front desk could loan you necessities, such as a luggage scale or wine bottle opener. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, with no cushioning; you can feel the springs all night. The pillow is a heavy, hard gel/silicone thing that isn’t plush. The bathroom had a smell when we entered, but leaving the vent on 24/7 eliminates it.

The staff were kind. However, basic medicines and a fruit knife were not stocked, and it felt odd that guests were allowed to lounge in the lobby in nightwear and slippers.
