The view was beautiful, but the hotel was a bit confusing to locate because it’s behind residential houses, and at 5 a.m. residents played a prayer recitation over loudspeakers, which was quite disturbing.
“Mooi uitzicht, slecht aangegeven”
Finding the place in the dark was a bit tricky, and sometimes the communication felt slow because English was difficult, but the staff really tried to make us comfortable. They didn’t exactly meet our expectations, yet they immediately cleaned our room and made the pool spotless. With a little more effort, this stay could really become a gem. The morning view is gorgeous—just the rice fields you’d want to see in Bali!
