The location is great, and they offer free drinks and coffee, which I really liked. The staff were very friendly. The computer was missing, which disappointed my son a bit, and the sudden loss of YouTube access for several days made the kids frustrated.

The room had a fantastic double bed with a good mattress and plenty of pillows, a fridge, kettle, a great drying cabinet, and a huge TV. The bathroom featured a wide Jacuzzi bathtub, a shower, and a bidet toilet with heated seats and other functions—all working perfectly. There were slippers for the room and shower, robes, towels, and always tap water available. The room was clean, with no odd smells. I stayed at the end of October; it was mildly cold, but I didn’t try to heat the room, not sure if the climate system has such features. I really liked being able to control the lighting with a remote—very convenient. I was a bit bothered by the lack of a wardrobe… and it almost amused me that the hotel’s name on Booking was one thing, the sign had a slightly different one (Film 37.2 Hotel), and the towels or taxi‑call cards had a third (RG Hotel).

The staff were very helpful; when I was in trouble they assisted me with genuine care and it was a real relief.

仁川でのコンサートのため利用。 会場までバス一本で行けて便利だった。 フロントの方にはとても良くしていただいた。 周りに飲食店やコンビニも近くて助かった。. 特にない。
