The staff were really nice, and the complimentary breakfast from the kitchen tasted great. The estate was quite secure. The estate gates closed after a certain time, so you had to go around the other way.

The hotel is accessible and the amenities are good. The corridors are spacious and clean, and the marble flooring and tile color coordination give it a premium look. The ambient lighting in all rooms, including the TV, is great. The property is well manned and secured, with cameras everywhere and a police checkpoint nearby because it’s in a gated estate. However, the two‑bedroom apartment we stayed in needs some maintenance—there were loose fittings in the bathroom and a bit of polishing or refurbishment would improve the overall experience. In my view, the hotel is ideal for a short stay of 1‑3 days or as a city hub, but families might find it limited.

The front desk staff were friendly, especially Blessing, but the rating shown on the app is misleading; it's neither 5‑star nor even 4‑star, so I’d give them a solid 3 stars, and there were no complimentary tea or coffee sachets in the room.

The rooms were spacious and the staff were very welcoming, all thanks to their supervisor Bukki; I felt right at home, and Samson, with his great smile, always made my day and even asked when I’d return. The only downside was the lack of KFC or McDonald’s nearby, although the hotel’s food was fantastic.
