Il c'è un parcheggio privato sorvegliato e un deposito bagagli gratuito il giorno del check‑out, così abbiamo potuto fare gli ultimi giri per Belgrado.

I was far from impressed and felt mistreated; I paid the reception for the nights I stayed, extended my stay beyond ten days, and they missed a day in their records, then on the day I was checking out they told me I had to pay for the omitted day even though I had no cash and the card wouldn’t go through, threatening to call the police if I didn’t pay—truly terrible, indifferent staff and I would never recommend this place.

The interior was fine, but the check‑in was a letdown: the receptionist was rude and slow, and I had to wait about 30 minutes for my room because a large group of teachers and kids were at the reception for a chemistry competition; the hotel should plan for such crowds by having at least two staff members, so regular guests don’t suffer from poor staffing. The whole process felt unnecessarily slow and uncomfortable, and the hotel needs to improve its organization and reception management during busy events.
