The staff were friendly and helpful, yet the room lacked a microwave and refrigerator even though the description promised them, the bed linens were dirty, people were talking all night and walking around at all hours, it felt like a ghetto, and the outside area smelled like garbage.

I didn't stay; I'm waiting for a refund. The room had cigarette ashes in the bathroom area and on the table between the beds, and there was hair all over the sheets.
