The shower had hair, the bathroom furniture was old with holes from old pipework, and the shower head was broken. The room closet was very old and the bed was quite uncomfortable. Because the room was on the ground floor, the noise made it almost impossible to rest; people could be heard talking from early morning, which made sleeping very difficult. From 22:00 onwards there was no one at reception, and when I left in the morning there was still no staff available. Before leaving I asked for the invoice; the cleaning lady requested my details and said she would email it, but after a week I still hadn't received it, so I sent two follow‑up emails and got no reply.

The location and the bed were good, but the morning construction noise and the missing trash bags in the bins were annoying.
